Yes thats right in 23 days I will be 40 . I am excited because I know my 40's will be fantastic. I am feeling great and completing my health , exercise goals. I am running 6 days a week 5miles a day. I have been neglecting my yoga which sucks but I'm hoping to get back on the wagon this week. I started eating 6 small meals a day again which makes wonder why I never stoped. I feel much better like I'm getting a grip on how to use to be again.
I have am taking ballroom dancing lessons which is super cool always wanted to learn ballroom dance. ballroom dancing is always on my New Years goal list. is the year I get to mark it off. Maybe I will mark of my half marathon going this year too. Maybe:)
