365 project

One of my goals this year is to smile more and be more photogenic in pictures. In order to achive this I plan to take a picture of my face every day this year.

My last post was day one here is day 2,3 and 4.

No make up yikes ! 

This was harder than no make up showing my teeth you will rarely see this sight.

Happy new year!!

I have a ton of goals this year but my main goal is to have fun and be silly so I made up the word funsillytactic.( Isn't it silly:) 
As always I have my health goals that are very imports in to me as I keep being told Iam getting old and at your age blah blah. I am so sick of it but vow to be healthy. Since my thyroid surgery in October I have a better grasp on how quick your body can change but because I was healthy I have recovered quickly an am doing well. 
I am hopping to keep a better journal this year about me and the things I am doing to improve myself.
So here is to a healthy funsillytactic Year!

So I totally failed I blogging my 40th year. I still have 4 more month until I am 41 so I have a little time to rede am myself. I will tell you this being 40 has had a lot of highs and lows. I will share some of them starting next week. I promise 8 month won't go by before I wrote again:)

Grandpa and Boone.

I fall more in love with my husband every time I see him hold our Grandson's. Dale is any awsome Grandad his eyes lights up with joy every time he see's them.  It is a suoer sweet sight and make my heart goes pitter patter.

Just 23 more sleeps

Yes thats right in 23 days I will be 40 . I am excited because I know my 40's will be fantastic. I am feeling great and completing my health , exercise goals. I am running 6 days a week 5miles a day.  I have been neglecting my yoga which sucks but I'm hoping to get back on the wagon this week. I started eating 6 small meals a day again which makes wonder why I never stoped. I feel much better like I'm getting a grip on how to use to be again.

I have am taking ballroom dancing lessons which is super cool always wanted to learn ballroom dance. ballroom dancing is always on my New Years goal list. is the year I get to mark it off. Maybe I will mark of my half marathon going this year too. Maybe:)

I have been asked a lot lately what I have done to loose wait so quickly to be honest I have gained 5 lbs since Jan 1st I am guessing the water weight that I lost from being sick in December I gained it back. 
I think I just look thinner from all the yoga I have been doing I am sure the running has helped too but I know yoga make your mussels long and lean giving you look longer and leaner. look
I use to do a lot of yoga in my younger years and have been sparatic with yoga the last 12 years.
As I was making my new years goals I decided I wanted to master yoga again.
I have always loved it and feel amazing when I do it.

I really have been enjoying my morning yoga routine.
I do yoga  for 1 1/2 hours then run 3 miles then I do a 1/2 hour more of yoga when I get back from my run.
I know it seams like a lot of working out but I love it all so it goes by fast.

I noticed the other day that my run times are getting faster I know half of it has to do with me running again I think the other half has to do with yoga, building my core and building up my mussels are making a big differences.
I can say for the first time in a long time I like what I look like naked.. That is a huge statement.. I am still not in the best shape I can be but I am defiantly getting there.
